In order to secure a spot in LOCC the following will need to be completed upon enrollment:
- Schedule the first initial interview & tour of my child care.
- Please bring your child with you during this time so he/she may also become familiar with myself and the environment. Prior to the interview you will recieve my Welcome Packet via email. This includes my Policy Handbook, Illness Policy, and References Page for you to review.
- Once accepted into LOCC a short meeting to discuss paperwork will be scheduled.
- During this meeting you will receive my Enrollment Packet which contains all of the necessary paperwork to enroll your child. To secure a spot in LOCC the enrollment fee will be accepted at this time. All forms and immunization history must be completed and returned before a child is accepted into my child care program.
Please ask about my policy to hold a spot for an infant, if applicable.
